directly I do feel I have earned the respect, knowledge experience and expertise that I bring to the organization. When I think â€Å"What are the logs in my eyes† in this situation I did honestly try to examine my attitude or actions that could have escalated the conflict with the individual. When I think that I only have had three interactions directly with her I am perplexed as to what the disposition is that is always combative. This unfortunately has really put a negative perception for me of this person and drives me to become more sensitive to the issue and potentially to any other interactions with her. We must not have any negative discussions with others when we have a conflict with another individual as this can just further escalate the situation and this is not how we glorify God. Conflict Starts in the Heart The Lord provides us with direction that conflict starts in the heart. Our conflicts were endured typically happen when we have selfish reasons to want our own ways and we choose the path to get what we want.
